There is plenty of information available about the good, the bad, and the ugly of food. But what we do with this information is another story. I would recommend Emily and her program to anyone who wants to change the way they feel. For me, her program allowed me to put all that I had learned and all that I knew into a context that allowed not only weight loss and increased energy but real lifestyle change, even if that means I have to eat a little kale.
