I have learned so much from Emily’s sessions.  Throughout the 12 weeks I felt more and more knowledgeable about nutrition and how my body works.  I have found the courage to begin exercising and to start a weight-loss program.  The difference this time is this:  I KNOW I can make a lifestyle change!  I am confident in my ability to nurture and care for myself, just like I care for and nurture my family!  I learn that I can be nourished in mind, body and spirit.  Primary food is more than a bag of chips!  My favorite part of the course was all the interesting recipes!  I am now brave enough to cook greens at home; who knew I would like sautéed kale?!  If you are ready to change your relationship with your body, this class is for you!
