Crockpot Chicken Chili

  • 26.5 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp powdered garlic
  • 1 Tbsp minced onion
  • 8 oz frozen mixed bell peppers
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp marjoram flakes
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • salt & pepper
  • pickled or fresh jalapenos, fresh cilantro, sour cream, and/or cheese for serving.

Mix all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on high 4 hours or low 8 hours. Serve with toppings of your choice.

This is also great on a hamburger bun as a kind of “Sloppy Joe.”
